Cheltenham and Ameritherm Join Hands

Cheltenham Induction Heating Ltd. (CIH), a leader in high frequency induction heating equipment, announced today that it has concluded an arrangement whereby it has become part of the Ameritherm, Inc. (New York) induction group. CIH will operate as an autonomous subsidiary as part of the Ameritherm organisation. 

This investment represents a strategic initiative that expands both companies’ applications engineering, service and support capabilities while building upon their combined worldwide sales and marketing resources. The synergy between the two organisations will provide unsurpassed service and uninterrupted worldwide support in European and US time zones. Combined distribution channels include a marketing office based in the Netherlands and expanded representation in Europe, Asia and the Americas. These resources are further augmented by CIH’s recent development of strategic relationships in South Africa and Eastern Europe.
