Applications and Consultancy

We strive to make you a leader in your industry by evaluating your process for the most appropriate and effective induction heating solution. Our goal is to develop a strong, long-term working relationship with you. As we move together from design, laboratory testing and start-up assistance, our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations.

Free process evaluation is provided. Consultancy contracts are available when further in-depth solutions and trial production runs are needed (generally required when automation and material handling is involved).

Laboratory Testing and Parts Evaluation

We perform free-of-charge evaluations of your process and application at our laboratory at Cheltenham.  You may provide parts for us to test in our applications lab or you may send us drawings and design specifications; we provide a comprehensive report for your review. We invite you to meet with us and witness the testing.

Project Support

As part of an equipment supply contract or a consultancy contract a project manager can be assigned to drive your project from concept to production. Our team applies extensive mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation and site services experiences to your project to achieve a solution that is on-time, on-budget and on-spec, ensuring a return to your investment.
