Diamond Brazing

This diamond has been brazed to the tungsten carbide support using our VB2 twin station vacuum brazing system.

The cutting tool is for use in the plastics industry.

The brazing of diamonds is also carried out for surgical instruments.

Our twin station vacuum brazing unit allows the induction heater to be better utilized (i.e. one component can be prepared whilst another is being heated, and while the first component is cooling, a second can be heated).

PCD/Tungsten Products for Core Drills and Core Bits

Over a period of years, we have developed a very simple fixturing arrangement which allows the rapid and easy assembly of the diamond impregnated segments to be brazed onto the ends of core drills.
